How quickly do I get my laundry back?
Standard wash, fold and pressing comes back within 24 hours of collection. Dry cleaning takes four to five working days because of the solvent and finishing process, and leather or suede takes about five days. You will see the promised return date on your order the moment you book.
What does pickup and delivery cost?
Both are free on orders above RM70. Below that there is a flat RM8 charge that covers the round trip, not each leg.
Which areas do you collect from?
All of Kuala Lumpur plus much of the Klang Valley — Petaling Jaya, Subang, Puchong, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya and the surrounding areas. The coverage page has the full list, and if your area is missing it is worth asking anyway.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not necessarily. You can leave the bag with your building concierge or guard house and add a note to the order telling the driver where to collect it. The same applies for the return.
How do you handle delicate or expensive items?
Everything is sorted by hand before washing, and anything delicate is pulled out and treated separately. If we think an item will not survive the service you selected, we stop and message you before doing anything.
How do I pay?
Online when you book — FPX online banking, credit or debit card, and the usual e-wallets. You can also choose to pay the driver on delivery if you prefer.
What if something is damaged or goes missing?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and make it right. Every bag is tagged and tracked through each stage, so it is usually quick to trace.
Is there a minimum order?
Wash and fold has a 3 kg minimum. Everything else is charged per item with no minimum, so a single suit is a perfectly normal order.
